Who can enter to win the sweepstakes?
Individuals living in the Niagara region, who are 19 years of age or older, are eligible to enter.

When does it start and end?
The sweepstakes runs from April 15th, 2024 at 12:00 am, to August 15th, 2024 at 11:59 pm.

How is the Expiry data collected?
It is collected online at caaniagara.ca/expiry-escape.

Is anyone who does not have CAA Insurance be eligible?
Yes, but there is a limit of only one entry per person.

When will you have the draws?
Monthly draws will occur on the first business day of each month. The final prizes will be drawn on August 16th, 2024.

If you can't submit the form by yourself?
Visit our Branch, branch staff may complete the form on behalf of contestants who are CAA Members. It’s important to validate their phone number and information while assisting since winners are contacted by phone.

How will the contestants be contacted?
Winners will be notified by telephone using the number provided upon entry. If we cannot contact them within seven business days of the draw, they will be disqualified.

Will there be a skill testing question?
Yes, people must answer a skill-testing question without assistance to claim their prize.

Can someone submit an entry on behalf of someone else?
No, entries must be made personally by contestants themselves. CAA Members can come in branch where a CAA Representive can help them submit an entry if they cannot do it themselves.

What if winner is unable to accept prize?
Prizes must go directly to winners and cannot be transferred, substituted, exchanged for cash value or refunded.

Can employees and immediate Family member Enter the Win?
No, contestants and their immediate family are not eligible to win.
