1. Contest Period
The Gear Up & Go Giveaway (the “Contest”) runs from August 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST to August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted on September 2, 2025.

2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Niagara, Ontario, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents (and their immediate families and those with whom they are domiciled) of CAA Niagara and affiliated partners are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
Eligible participants can enter the Contest in the following ways:
Email Entry: Submit the official contest entry form provided via email.
Bonus Entry: Each non-perishable food donation made in-branch or at Touch-a-Truck during August 2025 counts as an additional entry. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries via donation.

4. Prize Details
There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, with an approximate retail value of $3,000 CAD. The prize includes:
One (1) backpack filled with:
– Assorted school supplies
– One (1) $50 Sephora gift card
– One (1) $50 Ultimate Dining Card
– One (1) $50 Landmark Cinemas gift card
– One (1) $50 Shell gas gift card
– One (1) $50 McDonald’s gift card
– One (1) $50 RW&Co gift card
– Two (2) $1,000 Visa gift cards
– One (1) bicycle
Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, and is non-transferrable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The draw will take place on September 2, 2025. The selected winner will be notified via email or phone and must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.

6. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and all decisions of the sponsor, which are final. The winner agrees to allow their name and/or photo to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Privacy
Any personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with CAA Niagara’s privacy policy.
