Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. ## Prize One (1) winner per scheduled home game of the Icedogs 26/27 regular season will receive: - Four (4) front-row glass seat tickets to one (1) Niagara IceDogs regular-season home game at the Meridian Centre in St. Catharines, Ontario. The specific game associated with each prize will be determined by the Sponsor based on the applicable monthly draw and available home-game schedule. Prize includes game tickets only. Any costs or expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize, including transportation to and from the game, parking, food, beverages and other personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.  The prize has **no cash value**, is **non-transferable**, and **must be accepted as awarded**. No substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of CAA Niagara and the Niagara Icedogs. ## Winner Selection One eligible entry will be selected at random following the close of the contest. The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided on their entry form. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within two (2) business days or is found to be ineligible, CAA Niagara reserves the right to select an alternate winner. ## Winner Notification & Confirmation The selected entrant will be notified by phone and email using the contact information provided at entry. To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must: - If under the age of 18, have a parent or legal guardian sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) business days of notification, on behalf of the minor, which will therefore act as a parental or legal guardian consent to receive the prize on behalf of their child/ward. - If 18 years of age or above, the winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) business days of notification - correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. ## Prize Fullfillment Once confirmed, prize delivery arrangements will be coordinated directly with the winner or their parent/legal guardian. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. ## General Conditions - No purchase is necessary to enter. - Limit of one (1) entry per eligible Member per month unless otherwise stated. - By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of CAA Niagara, which are final. - CAA Niagara reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration or fairness of the contest. - By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Contest by CAA Niagara, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, with consent from a parent/legal guardian if under the age of 18.  - Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for the administration of the contest and in accordance with CAA Niagara's Privacy Policy, unless the entrant has separately consented to receive marketing communications.  ®CAA trademarks are owned by, and used with permission of, the Canadian Automobile Association.
